There are multiple ways to retrieve a print screen image.

 

• Use Snippet - this comes inherently to all PCs with Microsoft OS installed. Go to the Windows waffle menu in the bottom left corner, type Snip, and it should allow you to launch and/or add the Snipping Tool to your Windows Taskbar.
  
• Alt-PrtScr - this should be on any keyboard, usually in the top row buttons.
  
• Use your cell phone to take a picture.
