If the Microsoft Office Suite is not present under All Exams or Exams with Licenses when you go to download exams, it is commonly caused by the  Microsoft Office Suite is fully installed on your computer.

 

Console 8 displays the exams that are relevant to your Office installation only. Console 8 will remain blank until you install a valid version of the Microsoft Office Suite.
