If a test candidate attempts to login to a certification exam more than 5 times, you’ll receive an error “Exams Attempts has been exceeded”. In order to address and fix this error please contact customer service.
- Dial 888-999-9830 – Option 9
- Provide customer service with your IQ Center and the students Certiport Username
- Customer Service will verify the student information and then be able to reset the attempts back to (0)
- The student can then attempt to login to the certification exam
