If a test candidate attempts to login to a certification exam more than 5 times, you’ll receive an error “Exams Attempts has been exceeded”. In order to address and fix this error please contact customer service.

  1. Dial 888-999-9830 – Option 9
  2. Provide customer service with your IQ Center and the students Certiport Username
  3. Customer Service will verify the student information and then be able to reset the attempts back to (0)
  4. The student can then attempt to login to the certification exam
