You have two options to reset your Certiport password.
Option 1 – Online
- Have the test candidate go to www.certiport.com
- In the top right hand corner click on “Login”
- Click the Link “I cannot access my account”
- Enter your security information and reset your password
If you’re unable to reset your password online – please contact customer service.
- With the test candidate nearby
- Call 888-999-9830 press Option 9
- Have the test candidate confirm his/her information with customer service – once confirmed the password will be reset
