You have two options to reset your Certiport password.

Option 1 – Online

  1. Have the test candidate go to
  2. In the top right hand corner click on “Login”
  3. Click the Link “I cannot access my account”
  4. Enter your security information and reset your password

If you’re unable to reset your password online – please contact customer service.

  1. With the test candidate nearby
  2. Call 888-999-9830 press Option 9
  3. Have the test candidate confirm his/her information with customer service – once confirmed the password will be reset
