1. Open your Microsoft Outlook Application. (If it’s open already, close it down and reopen it)

2. Click on File then Options:  Outlook_CRM_Tracking.1

3. Click on Add-Ins followed by choosing Com Add-Ins in the Manage drop-down list and click Go..

4. Verify that the Microsoft Dynamics CRM box is checked:

5. Click OK and then close down and reopen Microsoft Outlook again. Tracking your emails should now function properly.
